My stack on safe from my excursion will fit vertically inside the massive
center storage box between the front seats! I want to secure the safe
with bolts down into the abyss below the the storage area. Anybody know
if there are any anchoring points/metal to fasten to?
Center console? Try looking up install instructions for the Console Vault. I don't know how it mounts but might be worth a shot. Let us know if you figure it out
Console Vault is bolted to a flat U bracket that is inserted, then held under lip by 4 screws that go into the plastic sides.
I think you will have to remove console and attach a plate to bottom/side to bolt to.
I hoping there a brackets for the jump seat under this console.
I would drill holes in the bottom of the safe, to mount a bracket to.
The safe has a spring loaded door, and 3 button control on the side.
There is definitely a metal bracket under there, the jump seat connects to the same bracket as the center console. But you will have to remove the console to see it and figure out where/if you can mount to it.
You can see the dark metal crossmember here on the floor.
I installed the E&G console vault. It’s for the F150, but I made it fit my F250. It comes with a metal bracket with 4 nuts attached. The bracket slides under the console. 4 holes are drilled through the bottom of the console for 4 bolts to attach the console vault to the metal plate.

Was the console hard to remove, many wires under it?
