Help with Weak brakes
My brakes in my 1975 Ford f100 are very weak and will build some pressure but won’t stop very well, the pedal will go to the floor only if pressure is applied slowly. Their are disk in the front and drum in the back. Can anyone help me find out what the problem is? Thanks!

That is a sign of a bad master cylinder .
Get a new one, bench bleed it before install and you should be good.
Now would also be a good time to check the whole system over. Metal & rubber lines as at the wheels.
