When the dealership installed mine (negotiated as part of the deal when I purchased her used in '04), the single panel rear climate control panel had to be removed.
That's not a DVD player I've ever seen in a Ford before. And that "Ford Motor Company" logoscript hasn't been used on products for a long time, if ever (it was finally removed from the Dearborn HQ in 2002.)
I think someone removed your rear A/C controls, installed an aftermarket DVD player up there, and slapped an ancient logoscript on it to make the owner think it was factory. Drop the DVD player down and I'll bet you a dollar-to-a-donut you'll find the wiring and plugs for the rear A/C controls.
