I am looking for the battery cable and alternator wire diagram for a 96 Diesel. I tried and failed at google. Does anyone have it handy? I知 going to replace my alt with a 160amp and was wanting to put in a circuit breaker. I知 assuming it currently has a fusible link or a mega fuse? Also going to replace my charge wire with a higher gauge and the battery cables as well. Making all my cables with 1/0 welding cable and my charge wire with probably 2g welding cable. New batter terminals also.

Thank you. I thought the alt has a built in regulator? I was wanting to see where the fusible link was. I want to put a 150 amp circuit breaker in lue of the fusible link on the alt charge cable. Going up to at least 4g if not 2g. I like to be on the overkill side.
