I know you haven't gotten any responses... I just wanted to let you know that I searched both this forum and the web and cannot find anything about installing the puck system on a truck that old (though there are several threads about doing it on newer model trucks). Have you considered contacting a salvage yard? They use nation-wide databases nowadays and can do a search for the parts for you.

You might check with Pullrite. I had their below bed system for my SuperGlide on my old 2002 F250 years ago. It worked great.
I'm not sure what other hitches it fits.

I have the Reese puck system on my '03 dually. It is a slightly different under bed design than the newer Ford OEM system that they also make for Ford. It is multi-piece and bolts together and only took me 45 minutes to install, I used to install a lot of hitches in an other life so I'm fairly good at it. I bent a couple of flanges on the bottom of the box and was able to slide the cross members in without lifting the box. The actual dimensions for the pucks are exactly the same as the OEM and any puck system hitch or accessory works just fine.
