Well that is a new one for sure.... Brake and wiring harness must be rubbing since the two coincide with each other.

And just when you think we have seen it all.......... Bumping back to the top and I am sure a few will be along to help out.

This is the 2004 F250?

When you press on the brake does the speedo go up in proportion to how much you depress the brake?
Do you have a trailer brake controller in this truck?

I'll have to do a little digging into the manuals on this one for sure.

The factory one talks to the braking system that handles the ABS and the PCM talks to everything.
Try the brake controller lever and see what that does next time you in the truck.

My brake controller is after market, I definitely will try that. It’s intermittent, when it does it I will give it a try. Thanks

Before you get too wild take a good look up under the dash around the brake switch and all it's wiring.
Do some wiggle testing on the wires and see it something shows up. Also run your finger down each
wire and feel for nicks an/or abrasions.
