2011 6.7 injector hold downs clamps are defective. TSB
ford has revamped these parts. They break and cause the injector to blow out. Code Po 263 comes up. Get to service garage ASAP when you see this. The engine will shut down. More damage may result. Do all 8 cylinders when this happens. Cost $1300.00.

yes $1300 is outrageous but I was told it is the labor charge at a Ford dealer which I assume is the book rate for the hours it takes to do this job.
These I was told failed on 2012 , 2014 year models also. Must be more of an issue if ford has re- engineered the part replacement.
