I have a 2015 King Ranch the mirrors will at random move all the way up or down, This happens only when you enter the truck the next morning, It will go back to the original setting. This is usually the driver side but on occasion the passenger will do it. I have turned off the auto easy entry, but that did not work. They will not do it all the time. Just looking for a fix.
It does when you unlock it if they have been moved. But my issue, and I'm thinking the OP's issue too, is that I never move my mirrors but every once in a while they will be moved and readjust back to the correct position.
Mine does it also.
Every now and then it will sit there and "pop" before moving back into position.
I try and reset the memory when it happens. ( hold the memory button in until it beeps).
I have done that. The service department told me when you fold the mirror in it reset the mirror. So don't fold them anymore ,and that did not work. I was hoping maybe someone from Ford would be on here and give me their thoughts
