C Lights
I saw a video on You Tube of a 350 with LED C lights, that when the truck was shut off, or started the c lights were in motion, strobed ETC. Does anyone know how to mod them to do that? Is there a control module that is needed?

I don't think that's what you think it is....my guess is that the rolling shutter speed of the camera was at a slightly different hertz than the LEDs. LEDs strobe on and off quickly, so quickly the naked eye can't tell. But a camera will sometimes pick it up depending on the shutter speed.
