The big mirror is out too far. If it was in closer so you could see the side of your truck you would also be able to see the Honda....
There is no reason I need to see the side of my truck. I know where it is. I want to see the adjacent lanes without having to turn my head or move or stand on one leg while blowing bubbles....... I post a pic that clearly shows the mirror works as it should and you blast me..... You know what to do with yourself........
After closer analysis, I have found that the drivers side convex mirror does display slightly more than the full mirror, and where it counts, in the blind spot next to the truck. However, the passenger side blind spot mirror definitely does not show any more than the full mirror.
I would tend to agree. The right side is not as effective.
I blasted you? What does that mean? I politely asked you to please lose the confrontational attitude. Why are you so sensitive? There's no need to get your panties in a wad over something as trivial as this. Maybe you should go take a nap....
It's the right answer for me. Adjusting them that way worked fine for many years when I drove 18 wheelers so who the hell are you to tell me it's the wrong answer? Please lose the confrontational attitude....
You beat me to it! I was going to tell him exactly the same thing AGAIN. Oh he is the only one that knows what good headlights are too. I;m not saying that the Hologens are the best, BUT they beat the hell out of sealed beam lights. I would have loved to get the Factory LEDs but I didn't want all the other stuff in the 502A package or the extra expense.
A quick look in the mirrors then a glance over my shoulder and I've not hit anybody or forced them off the road (that I know of) in 72 years. I think that all driving instructors will tell you the value of that over the shoulder peek.
Our new car has the outer edge of the mirror cut straight vertically, with the small sliver of the mirror acting as the blind spot mirror. I don't hate it yet, but give me time.....
