4.9L Smog pump
Ok so my smog pump locked up on me and my truck is sitting on the side of the interstate I need to know if I can use a smog pump off of a 5.0 on my 4.9 or if someone knows the part numbers to get a bypass pulley to put in it’s place please don’t tell me how you did an air pump delete on your 5.0 or 5.8 I’ve seen enough of those comments on here to choke a horse lol. Please someone help me

You can take the belt off and drive it up to the next exit or until it gets hot. Watch the temperature gauge and don't push your luck.
Junkyards have cross reference books to match parts from one vehicle to others. Amazon and eBay have a similar feature. Because it's emissions related equipment the listings may not be complete. The part might match but the paperwork might not. Bureaucracies work that way.
