AC is not very cold
1997 F250HD AC is not blowing very cold, the system is charged, the compressor is kicking in and out as expected, AC Max does not bring seem to be working, is there a diagram to explain the venting functions. Had trouble this winter with heater door not opening or closing properly, inside of truck at heater ducts always blew cold air, I got in and messed with it then no problem with heat, and suspect this may still be a problem may it is not operating properly yet. Can anyone explain how the inside duct work and controls operate?

Thanks very useful, found the max AC issue, was a vacuum connection behind pass kick panel, is there a procedure for adjusting the blend door I finagled it with a screw driver and the AC vents are definitely blowing colder air, but when I move the vent control between hot and cold it is very sloppy.
