Looks identical to my Airtek i had shipped to door for 81.00, back in 2010, that now has 180kish on her...installed a new one on my 01 last month, too...funny how the bottom hose for the 01 was "shorter" than the 99. Had to get new hose for 01 since pump had "short" style outlet
If you're meaning the lower hose inlet pipe seal it is included with the new pump. The main larger seal, the small seal for the heater hose pipe and the one for the lower radiator inlet hose pipe....
I was thinking it was the pump with the filter head on it. I need new glasses.

My understanding back as far as 2010 or even earlier than that was that Airtex was the supplier TO Ford for the water pumps. I also installed an Airtex pump on mine at right around 100k and it never leaked or had any problems other than the darn leak where it meets the front cover at the top and that wasn't the pumps fault....
I bought the IH water pump from Diesel Site soon after I bought my truck. The pump is a very well built piece of cast iron.
You can get the pump and modify it yourself for much less.
It looks like Bob at Diesel O Rings is selling the kit now too, I would rather buy from him if I had to do it again.
The thermostat housing started leaking 1 year after the install. I removed it and put a thin film of gasket maker on the surfaces and it has been good for over 3 years now.
The IH pump is pricey, but has a nice built in filter and is well built.
I was thinking about the IH pump, but I am about broke after getting carried away with Mishimoto goodies including a set of Blue Silicone hoses. I take it that the IH pump kit eliminates the lower hose for its special one. I worry that it may not be available in an emergency. With that said, is there a preferred in-line filter kit and where does it mount?
