What headers?
Have a '55 F-100 with a '77 Chrysler LeBaron front frame with a '69 Ford 302. The 302 has stock exhaust manifolds and I would like to upgrade to some headers. Anyone already do this? If so , which headers did you go with? Would like to upgrade exhaust to 2 1/2 or 3" Also rightnow its maybe 2"

Welcome to the forum.
If that front end is the same as the Diplomat, i.e. transverse torsion bar (aka Volare) you can probably use Mustang headers. That is what I run on my set up. 2.5" or even 2.25" is more than big enough for the exhaust unless you are running some crazy high revving SBF.
