No part number shown for the star washer in my parts CD. It's very special, best bet is going to be someone who has a junk box they'd sell it off. What's wrong with yours?
Van pelt has those washers. I am pretty sure the 78 part was used through 55, not sure about 56.

Indeed, "78 3564 Lock (steering thrust screw)" as it is listed in the catalog, fits 48-55 F1/100-F6/600. My catalog only goes to 1955, so it may have, and likely does based on other data, fit other years/applications. Once upon a time, it appears it was serviced.
