2011-2016 SD front seats conversion into a 2010SD
Searched the forum but found nothing specific. I would like to install 2011-2016 seats into my 2010. Has anyone attempted this upgrade and if so would they be kind enough to share details.
Looking to have the newer style seat's with the separately adjustable head rest's and additional power options. Thanks in advance

I don't remember seeing this particular mod anywhere specifically. You might check the Excursion forum and see if anyone has done it yet there. For sure would be a great mod. Someday, I'd like to convert mine to the full interior with the cooled seats and everything.

The bolt pattern for the buckets are the same from 99-16. The center console or jump seat, whatever you have, the bolt patterns vary. The shape of the floor pans are the same so it's pretty easy to figure out. If you have the full center console that mates to the dash you'll have to run a part number search to see if that transition piece is the same for 2010 and 2011.
