ABS light comes on sometimes.
I have a 2008 F250 and the ABS light comes on and goes off! Sometimes It comes on and stays on other times it will be on until I hit the brakes and then go off and the brakes pulse like the ABS system has kicked in. I am good on fluid and have messed with the wires to the front wheels. I read where if your trailer lights don’t work it could mess with it and make the light come, but don’t know if that is true! Any advice would be appreciated.

I have had the same issue with my 2006 F350 5.4l; has about 64,000 miles in it.
I’ve never bothered looking into it because I just use it mainly as a plow truck, but I think it’s probably just a dirty or bad sensor. It’s never caused a problem, so I’m not worried about it. Worse case I still have brakes, just maybe not the abs
I don’t trailer anything with mine, so it’s probably not trailer related.
