Rear shocks...
1. Does it sit level (hard to tell in your sloped driveway)
2. Are those 35s or 37s? Almost looks like a 6" lift
3. How much did you pay for install if you don't mind? Good to have some reference when I shop install
4. You said the included track bar gets it close, take it that means it's not totally straight/even?
This is pretty much the same components as the ready lift 3.5" sst kit I have been looking at, for $200 less. I may just buy the super lift kit instead and put the savings towards shocks.
Next... They are 20s...20x12 with 35s...35x13.50s
I paid 200 but my friend works at a dealers and I helped with install so that probably won't help much, sorry
.
The track bar alignment is good .. I just have a very good eye. . I see stuff others don't... It why I post pics form both sides to show how to axle sits... Tread lines up on both sides the same . .
That's what I did.
But I bought shocks before I bought this kit so this is why I'm having issues with the rear shocks not being long enough .. Lesson learned...
I think the quality is very good... Brackets are all welded very well... Coated is very smooth and all brackets are of high quality. For 380 bucks.. I couldn't beat it...
I see what you are saying about "close" on the track bar, I can see that as well. I also have the curse of seeing very small details others don't. The mirrors on my 2018 are uneven in height somehow (not sure if this is by design, this is my first super duty) but the drivers side mirror is noticeably higher than the passenger side when looking at the truck dead on from the front.
Good to hear the quality of the brackets is decent, I've heard some complaints with some of superlift's other kits (just reading the reviews on their facebook page) and some complaints about bad instructions. Any surprises or things to change/figure out with this install or were the instructions all you needed? How long did it take two people to install?
I think you could comfortably put 37"s on that thing with the way it sits. I think I may go that route.
Yes 37s will sit in there well with no trimming or anything. I have alot of room. Just with my wheel offset I went with 35s is all.. .I think it looks like the trucks tires are too small so your right with going with the 37 inch set up...
Thanks for the compliments and good luck on you journey. Any thing else I can answer please ask. I try must best to answer or show pics to the best of my ability..
Rear shock extensions I had layin around
I also trimmed the front valance some
Clearance issues they talk about for this kit. . I didnt have any, I didn't adjust anything either
