Click when downshifting into 1st?

Mine does it as well since new - at 116K, I'm calling it normal.
Also - If you spin the rear wheels by hand with the transmission in neutral so the driveshaft spins, you get steady clicking from the t-case. I also was concerned about that until I discovered other SD's do it, though I have not had a Ram or GM do it. So I have made the assumption the click noise is related to the tcase or transmission and assume it is a characteristic of this drivetrain.
