Okay I have searched the threads and can't seem to find an answer to the following:
When pulling an 8k travel trailer and first starting out I have a sound like the motor is revving out but it isn't much over 2500 rpms. Once the tranny shifts to drive the sound goes away and away we go.
I have a 2001 F-350 and recently install the Predator with the 60hp tune. This didn't start happening until after I install the new tune. What is the possible issue. I am at a loss. I don't hear anything out of the normal after the truck shifts into drive but it does shift a lot harder than it used to.
I know exactly what you are talking about. Mine does the same thing. I drove her hard up this long hill and the engine light ended up coming on. After scratching many solutions off of my list, I still have to look into the torque-converter! Thats why im here today!
