I have a new 2018 F250 CC Lariat that came with the 5th heel prep package. I'll never pull a 5th wheel with the truck. If I had a 5th wheel, I'd have opted for the F350. I do pull an 8,000 lb bumper pull travel trailer. I don't want to permanently cover up the 5th wheel package and holes in the bed, as it might help to sell the truck one day down the road. But, I don't like the posts sticking up in my bed, and not having a smooth surface to slide things in and out of the bed. Is there a good way to cover this all up, that can easily be reversed when I trade, or sell, the truck, and make the bed fully usable in the meantime? I know I don't want to Line-X over it, as that would be very difficult to reverse. Anyone else have the same issue and find a good solution? I thought of a bedrug, but I don't want to have to clean mulch, pine bark, sand, etc out of that on a regular basis. I don't like the idea of a carpeted bed. Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have a picture of this installed? I may be missing some pieces. I have the small pieces of plastic that slide into the receivers, but there are still empty holes around them where the bed is cut out. I might be missing some pieces.

Yep. I'm definitely missing the rings that go around the posts. I called the dealer today and told them my truck didn't come with them. He's searching for them and will send them to me. Thanks.
I've got the kit on my 17 F250 and put a rubber mat on top. Even with the caps, things would catch on the raised posts. The mat serves double duty for me. It keeps the hitch kit covered to prevent things catching on it, and it is non-skid, so I'm not chasing stuff all over my bed.
