I had the same issue a couple months back. Replaced an injector, got it all back together, no start, it wasn't building high pressure oil. Did a leak test and nipple seals were leaking. Replaced all of those and it fired right up. It would probably be good to do an air test on it.

I did. The old ones were a bit loose in the socket when I installed the rails after the injector replacement. I really didn't pay it any attention, so I got to do it all over again. Bought the seals and a socket, removed them with an impact wrench, installed nipples with a torque wrench, greased 'em up good on install.
