correct...splitting hairs.....metric versus standard.....more or less....close enough ....
With total respect - nope. This bit me squarely in the *** when I first changed out my injectors. There were inconsistencies in torque, and several of them worked loose within a few hundred miles. I went to an inch-pound torque wrench with a 240-pound upper limit to put the 120 inch-pound spec squarely in the middle of its range.
Update...I fixed the PO470 code with a new sensor and Pipe ...BUT I still have the PO1275 code after Installing a new Pigtail and a " tested good " gasket and UVH assembly...I dread tearing into it again ...so I will switch out IDM's and see if that solves it ....what a freaking Nightmare...
If anyone cares....It works...no codes....It took switching out all 4 of my spare IDM's...the one that was in there had several coroded terminals and was a scrap yard unit....maybe Ebay ...anyway the one that worked was a 120 V unit that I had....I knew I did the soldering correctly I just hoped the IDM switching would work....Now I need to start looking for spares again....I am sure that the open wires on the old Pigtail Fried at least 1 IDM.... so word to the wise ...check your Pigtails.....
