No, I haven’t asked about a PCO. Still waiting on a 7.3. Once I drive one and decide on the engine, I was going to ask about the PCO while negotiating the price. I already know I can get invoice. But I’m hoping for $500 under invoice plus incentives.

I had a $2,500 PCO burning a hole in my pocket that I just had to use. So I just used it 2 days ago to buy a 2019 F-150 XLT SuperCab.

After haggling on the phone between 3 dealerships, I was able to negotiate a dealer discount of $10,275 on a $44,550 truck. Then they applied rebates of $8,250 and the PCO of $2,500. That brought the price of a $44,550 MSRP down to $23,525 plus a tax and tag and dealer fees. The dealer fees were outrageous at $1,100 but the bottom line was good with the $10,275 dealer discount.

I've noticed Ford is much more aggressive with discounts on F150s than Superduty's. That's impressive though. I wish those kinda discounts could be had on a SuperDuty.

Ageed! After all applied discounts/rebates/incentives/PCO that was 47% off MSRP.

The half ton market is very aggressive. GM is ultra aggressive and Ford must do the same.
Lots of profit built into the price to work with.

The big 3 HD market is never as aggressive.

I had no expectations, just shocked to see my name in his computer, not offended just hey WOW, that is ME!

Am shocked that Military is not available, I have got that in all the years and cars/trucks I have bought. In fact this would be the first time not in 10+ years and Caddys x 3 for the wife, 2 Jeeps and 5 SD's that I have not got the $500 for military.

Other than expecting that I expect nothing...I buy at invoice or I walk and I have found since I ordered my first car in 1978 there is ALWAYS a dealer who will deal...when the first Indy 500 Corvette came out and they were selling for up to $10k over MSRP I bought one for $500 over invoice. I sat in Bill Heard Chev, Colombus, Ga and the Sales Manager told me $5000 over MSRP + $2000 CASH money, in $20's in an unmarked envelope, he says he gets $1000 and the GM gets $1000.

This past week I was at 2 Ford Dealers: Both had a new Shelby GT 350 sitting in the show room. Both were around MSRP $70k, at one dealer there was a windshield sticker with "Market Adjust Value" and it looked like that had added on about $3500 at the other dealer same car it was discounted to $500 over invoice . There is a lot of stupid people in this world and most of the buy at MSRP +

Don't forget if you are a First Responder, there is a $500 rebate for that. I just locked mine in.

Does it matter whether or not you are retired?

The military rebate only covers MY 18 /19 no 2020 yet... I will assume after the first of the year it will.

That's odd, the First Responder offer says good on 2019/2020, I dont understand why it would be different for the Military offer. Especially being so far from 2018. I also noticed some wording with the Military offer saying it couldn't be combined with other private offers, but I didn't see that for the First Responder offer.

Another potential incentive for qualified business owners is the UpFit incentive. I claimed mine after purchase. https://www.fordupfits.com/commercia...r-duty-pickups

Man, I am in desperate need of two PCOs. One for my 2020 350 that should arrive any day and another for my dad with a 2019 F150. Can anyone help?

Look for the SEMA pco thread, if it is still working that would at least get you $1k off. Better than nothing.
