Truck blowing whitish/blue smoke at stops

Just picked up the truck. After a 2 hour test drive and a shop taking an look at it I bought the truck it has 142k miles and is DPF deleted and full straight pipe and the EGR is unplugged. Im also unaware if there is anything else on the truck as I'm new and trying to learn fast. Anyways after a short time of driving it I noticed a little white smoke when coming off the peddle at stops in town. Not all the time and not everytime.. It has been increasing as of late. There is no codes or any loss of power.. No oil level changes I've been checking after it was changed or coolant being used. Any suggestions? Should I park the truck and get it into a diesel shop ASAP? It's my first truck and I'm new to the diesel world.. Thanks for any help!

I had this problem 4000 miles after buying my 2010 f-450 which has 84K miles at the time. along with the white/blue smoke, my MPG has below 10MPG. my problem turned out to be badly work rocker tips and bent push rods. as soon as those were replaced, the white/blue smoke stopped and MPG went to low teens city driving and high teens highway driving.
