Most seem to go for a locking fuel door and not a locking cap for the fuel and a second lock for the DEF cap. If you lock one, seems like you would need to lock the other cap too. I dropped "ford f250 2017 locking fuel door" into google and see lots of options.
DEF isn't worth much, so unless you are worried about someone dumping something maliciously into your DEF, I wouldn't bother. Even if they did, the DEF system is a lot cheaper to repair/replace than the fuel system.
When I was looking for one last year there simply wasn't a locking DEF cap for the 2017+ available. I have a locking cap for the diesel and someday I'll actually put it on.

Welcome to FTE.
Bruce...
I use a locking fuel cap, stock DEF cap.
I didn't go the locking door route because if they want your fuel, they will pry the door open, then you are out the door/damage to the truck, and the fuel they take.
Never heard of anyone having their locking caps broken into.
I would be more concerned about someone putting a contaminate in the fuel. That said, I got a locking diesel cap, used it for a few months, than removed it because it was a pain to use.
