Can anyone please help me out by measuring the two bar grill and posting the dimensions of the chrome bars? I am out of state without my truck but can order for less shipping from where i am. Im trying to figure out how much vinyl would be needed for the grill and mirror caps. Thanks!!

That looks nice and clean...How did you mount the lights in the grill? Did you have to drill at all?
The Rigid light kit came with mounting brackets that do require drilling into thick plastic behind the upper chrome bar. The grille has to be removed which was pretty easy.

Thank you, I plan on putting lights in the same location only strobes for the fire department.
Thinking about doing mine as well. I have a ruby red lariat with stone grey two tone. Trying to decide going stone grey or black. Anyone have that color combo by chance?

Ruby/Magnetic here. Wanted to get the two center bars matching the Magnetic, tried wrapping but I'm terrible, so ripped it off. Then tried another member's idea of plasti-dip black with layers of Metalizer on top of that, I've got 2 coats black with 4 coats of Metalizer, it's close but not quite there to matching Magnetic.
The emblem was paint matched magnetic with ruby red lettering from a guy I found online. Still not sure which way to go on it, might look at getting the bars painted Ruby red...
Thanks! Looks good. Post some pics if you go with them in ruby. That was my initial plan but think it maybe too much for me. Think I’m gonna go ahead get the bumpers done grey to match bottom two tone and then go from there.
^^^ What 1956 said. Also, ensure you lay down some furniture pads or thick blankets when removing / reinstalling those bars. It will take a fairly good effort to make sure all the clips snap into place. Removing the bars is the hardest part. Take your time. I pried open each snap and inserted a small piece of 18 gauge sheet metal. When I had them inserted in all the clips, I merely used a rubber mallet to slowly knock the bars forward (downward actually when you consider how I was positioning the grille). After a little tapping, the bar will fall free from the grille.
Do you by chance have a picture of the angle bar used and how you inserted it? Do you use 2 pieces on each side of clip or 1? Thanks

One piece per clip. Each leg of the metal angle measures 11/16" and this one is 0.040" thick. The cut piece below is 3/4" long.
Pry the grille clips open and insert a piece of angle as show below. The red arrow indicates where you want to tap the clips with a small lightweight mallet.
Note - Insert an angle in all of the plastic clips BEFORE you start tapping the grille parts free.

Thanks that’s exactly what I needed to know.
