I changed to LEDs off eBay
plug and play
I don't think it's critical as to the manufacturer but it pays to look around

I have these on my 2010
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XHCQ8KY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XHCQ8KY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I like them. Better than the original ones. Not WOW!, but a little bit better. HID may be brighter, but I like plug and play and the instant light. If I need lot of light I use the LED light bar.

do you have the rectangle sealed beam headlights or the flush/composite style on your van?

sorry, the "05" confused me... I see now that you have a 2010
FWIW (probably nothing?) I tried the LED bulbs in our 03 compostite housings and was not pleased - the "fluting" on the stock lens just did not work for a nice light pattern with the 9007 LED bulbs - it was a lot of light, just not pointed where I need it.

Good luck with your search for some good light.

FWIW
The original poster has an 05. I was just trying to contribute and I thought you were asking about my post.

Not all LED replacement lights are created the same. The ones I have are decent and work ok on my van.

I'm looking for the "Wow!" variety for my '05. I don't find any LED'S with high output that will fit. Maybe I should look for HID?

I used hi/low HIDs on my 2000 with composited lenses and they were great on low beam but bad on high. If money is not an object you may want to check Vantage Optics. The guy has an E350 and started retrofitting projector HIDs and then started the business. Lot of good reviews

I had LED's for close to a year but I like the output of the HID better. When running the HID I would stick with the 35watt ballast.

I have looked into the Vantage Optics but from what I remember, they are on the high expensive side.

I've got the basic Vantage kit on my 2005. Worth every penny and great customer service.

I purchased these when I converted from the sealed beams in my '88 They are substantially better than stock.
Amazon Amazon

The comparison pics below were taken around sunset, so not dark out yet. I did have to adjust the angle of the lights some since the spread pattern of the LEDs is different than the incandescent/halogens. I really like them. They are much brighter than stock and better than my wife's Sienna that is 20 years newer than my van. The K rating on the ad would make you think they would be kind of blue, but they are actually white. Also, the "Watt" rating listed is pretty ridiculous....but they are definilty A LOT brighter than any sealed beams I can get.

They have quite a selection of bulbs on Amazon for not very much. Give a few a try to see what you think before you drop big money on something else. At the very least it will give you a better idea of what exactly you are looking for.

Also, make sure your lenses are crystal clear and clean. That makes a big difference as well.

Low Beams Compared to Stock

Highbeams compared to stock

Both installed. Low Beams

Night time on a country road. Low beams
