Does your sunroof do this?

Most sunroofs I've had have channels for water to go down. the only time they cause internal leaks is when those channels get clogged with dirt and such. Then you need to run a wire down the drain holes to clear them out.
I haven't looked at my sunroof close enough yet to confirm this is true on our trucks or not though.

Yes it is designed to leak into the channels. I do not have one in my F350 but there is one in my wife’s F150. It leaks quite a bit while going through a car wash but otherwise its not too bad. All of the water just runs down the channels and into the drain tubes in the pillars.
