Because we lacked some equipment on the ship, I would buy Balto pizza crust. Some of the best that I've had. Not sure if it's available to private consumers but I'll wager that some as good is. These pies look pretty nice, I especially love pineapple on my pizza.
I don’t usually pull my smoker out three times in a week, but I guess it’s been a great week!
Grabbed some rib eye “wrapped” steaks at the store yesterday. Salt and pepper, 500 degrees, 8 min per side and a total of 10 minutes for the asparagus. Was amazing.
I’m sorry guys , I’m going to have to Opt out of this Thread ,lol, or at least don’t look at it until I have already eaten ,
well last weekend I got to try out the New Grill , first was some Burgers and Bacon wrapped hotdogs , knowing it’s the first time cooking , I burnt the grill then turned the heat down , would have liked throwing a Fat back on to season up the grill but no time, the burgers did a good job of that, Sunday I put on three of our ranch raised Rib eyes , on for 10 min each side , I do have to say , I forgot what a good grill was like to cook on , this coming week , and I promise I’ll get pictures this time ( I was under strick rules from the wife last two times ), I’m going to smoke country style ribs or Samon , I have plenty of apple , cherry wood and a bean pot for my liquids , gota keep that moisture in .
Three St. Louis’ are on the smoker right now. Here’s after prep and at the 3hr mark. They’re now wrapped with some juice for about 90 minutes and will be finished with some sauce. Hmmm, guess I’d better figure out what sauce to use.
