Straight 30 weight non-detergent with the break-in additive of your choice. Ideally you should use a drill and drive bit to spin the oil pump for ~5 minutes immediately before start-up. Change with the same oil/additive after break-in. After 500-1,000 miles change to whatever 10W-30 you wish, break-in additive is cheap insurance for flat tappet engines.
