Transmission fluid?

Transmission fluid?
I am going to pull my trans pan on my 89 3.0 extended aerostar tomorrow and change the filter, and as much of the fluid as I can. What type of transmission fluid should I buy? The transmission is still goin strong, but the fluid looks a little brown, with 185k this thing still runs like new
