They're on there pretty good. Maybe someone "borrowed" it? Lots of sources online, or your dealer. Make sure you order / get the right one, as there are a few different types / configurations (front to rear).

I'm not in a terrible idea, but I suppose it's possible. The truck is only a few months old, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was bumped loose at some point.

Could be...but if you've ever had to remove one, you'll see what I mean...it would take quite the 'bump' to knock it loose, not un-heard of though.
Trucks are shipped with the hubcaps inside the cab. One of the last things I did before driving off at delivery was to give each a firm whack to ensure they were on tight. Found one or two that were not fully seated.
Lost mine on the ride home from the dealer in NJ back to Long Island. If there is any place where something that is loose can break free it would be on this commute. Gravel roads are in better conditions. I have found that these caps can be a little deceiving. I thought when I installed the new one the dealer had sent me, that it was on all the way. After further inspection realized it still needed a good smack with a rubber mallet. Once it was fully in place it would be unlikely that it could come off from anything other than an intentional removal I think the majority of lost caps are either stolen, or not fully seated.
I ordered a set and put them on the front, to reduce the chance of the curious or pranksters, from messing with my hubs.. about $10. I have the 20" wheels.
I ordered mine on ebay brand new for $25.. I saw mine was missing as well once I took a 5 hr road trip to the deer lease so I lost it somewhere along the way.. I noticed another one was loose too so I imagine it was when I took it to the dealership for oil change/rotation.. I didn't catch it that time but the times ive gone back to the dealership ive made them put a note to be sure the caps are on securely.
Good news and bad news. The bad news is that the other side fell off. The good news is that it’s summetrical now, and I actually think it looks pretty cool without them. At this point I don’t plan to replace them.
We’ve been traveling across the US, so no idea if it fell off on the road or if it was stolen at a campground.
Those caps are very hard to pull off. When you install them they first snug up to the lugnuts and apear to be installed but they need to be pushed all the way in until they click. Someone messed up, did you have your tires rotated recently?
