If I was looking for completely unnecessary rudeness, I'd go to reddit.
My brackets are bolted so in my case what I said was correct.
Newer ones were bolted, not riveted 1994 thru 1996 IIRR
The "factory" bolted ones used a dual "caged" nut for the vertical bolts , and those bolts will both have 15mm heads
The 2 horizontal bolts will also have 15mm heads and a 18mm nut
** You will see chisel marks and or grind marks if the rivets were cut or chiseled off

Pointing out that you answered your own question instead of waiting for a response from someone is rude? It was pointed out to the OP of this thread and several other threads from him (Treacy) by several people that he only posted threads to get people to click on and watch his YouTube videos. He didn’t post anything after that. Sorry if I upset you.

Didn’t really seem roundabout to me. Maybe it was.

The brackets on my ‘89 had rivets. I don’t recall what was on the ‘94 Bronco. I didn’t remove the radius arm brackets when I pulled the whole TTB to replace gaskets and all the bushings.
Could be that the later years had bolts but the picture of a ‘95 in post 1
appears to have both bolts and rivets.

My 96 dually are bolted but I am not the original owner to verify, yet I did not see air chisel marks on the brackets unless replaced. The 88 are riveted as are the 92. One I have owned since about 1998 or so, the other around 2022.
