E = 361 2V FT engine.
V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.
N57630 = 1972.
111" Wheelbase.
COLOR: Blank.*
C707 = C700 Tilt Cab (gas); 23,000 lbs. GVWR
DB8: DB = Black Heavy Duty Vinyl / 8 = 91B Custom Cab.
TRANS: Blank.#
I think the AXLE code is GQM, but the pic is blurry, so it's difficult to make out the first two digits. If it's wrong, let me know what it is.
GQ = Eaton model 17121 Single Speed Rear Axle / 6.50-1 / 18,500 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.
M = Ford 7,000 lbs. Capacity Front Axle with Power Steering.

0426 = Domestic Special Order number, truck ordered special by the original purchaser, not "bought off the lot."
*When there is no COLOR code stamped on the Warranty Plate, truck painted a non standard color per the original purchasers order, making it a Domestic Special Order.
