Welcome aboard AJPerk but I am sorry that I have no clue on that warrantee plate. I can only tell it is a long wheelbase and therefore of a larger tonnage than a 1 ton. You will get a full breakdown from someone soon!
Welcome to FTE fellow Canadian. I can't fully decode your Warrentee plate but I do know it was made in San Jose California and has a 352 engine short wheelbase and it was a special order due to the no colour code and a six digit dso. I believe it was sold new in Los Angeles and would have been made either in late December 1965 or January of 1966. I am guessing the interior was a beige colour if I remember the 481 key code from other posts. NumberDummy will correct all my errors and poke fun at me for trying.

Thanks for the first bit of Info. Us Canadians have to stick together, well before the Americans try to migrate here in November . The truck is new to me and not at all stock as far as paint and interior go. Im almost sure the engine is the stock 352 but it has a 3 speed auto and floor shift.
I recognize that Flareside from an earlier post. Go Flaresides!!! I am going to paint mine yellow with pink polka dots. It is a very rare Canadian only option from the hippie era lol!
71 = Los Angeles (SoCal) Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
1334 = Domestic Special Order number, the truck was ordered special by the original purchaser, not "bought off the lot."
*When there is no COLOR code stamped on the Warranty Plate, the truck was painted a non standard color, making it a Domestic Special Order.
Thank you!! I guess a few things have been changed. I thought it had the stock rear end but now I'm not so sure. I'll have to find a number on the axle to see what it is. Here is a picture of it and I'm thinking it's the standard 9"
Here's the parts catalog example of what a Dana rear axle looks like. Looks like your truck has a swapped in 9 inch, but...
Compare the VIN on the Warranty Plate (riveted to the left door face below the latch) to the VIN on the registration to see if they match, because...
People replaced damaged left doors with used doors. 99.9% of the time, they failed to install the original Warranty Plates on the replaced doors.
Your truck was assembled in San Jose CA .. ordered from Los Angeles, sold new in SoCal...but it's now located in Ontario Canada, not Ontario California!
ND has a good point as I think you bought the truck in Quebec? I am not saying it is not possible but that's a long drive. Your engine does not have FE style valve covers. If the intake forms part of the head it's an FE other wise I guess a Windsor 302 or 351

You can tell it's an FE of some sort just by the way the exhaust manifolds bolt on. The valve covers, while clearly aftermarket, are not Windsor because the end doesn't taper back but rather is at a 90 to the bottom. Think rectangular (FE) rather than trapezoidal (SBF/Windsor).
Valve covers are clearly aftermarket but all the FE ones I have seen are shaped to be flat on the top whereas this engine sits on a 45 like a Chev. I have not seen enough of the engine to comment further.
