Turn signals not working but hazards do

My brother just got 03 back from the body shop, found the #35 fuse to be blown replaced that got the dash working, but still cannot figure out the turn signals. What’s interesting is that the hazards work though. Any suggestions? I can hear the relay clicking with the hazards on and the green arrows on dash pulse, but no dice with the signals, no green arrows no clicking...

If all 4 turn signals blink with the hazards then it sounds like something to do with the multi-function switch (turn signal stalk) or the interconnecting wiring between the MFS and circuit. That's where I'd start. Just my .02

Thanks for the reply Brian, I’ve got a new MFS on the way. We found the #27 to be blown and replaced it and presto they work and then it blew in a matter of minutes so now we’re in a #27 rabbit hole. The story just gets better and better. Whatever the body shop did it’s giving us a headache.

Smells an awful lot like a resistance short in the wiring. Wire pinched under a bracket etc. What was the shop actually working on? A friend of mine had a similar issue years ago that was in a wire bundle that was being "crimped" by a clamp. And this was from the factory.
