Question No Turn signals

I'm helping out a guy at work with his 95 Explorer. Four way flashers work, but nothing far as a turn signal. Not even the indicator on the dash light up. He's replaces the turn signal switch, and we have checked fuses and are good. Is there a relay hidden someplace? He hasn't been able to find the flasher. Would this let the four way's work and not the turn signals?
Thanks in advance Bob

Most likely, the switch is disconnected, bad or the wiring harness is shot. If the hazzards work, the flasher and bulbs work. I have seen some vehicles with independant hazzard/turn flashers, but that seems to be a GM thing.

First thing I would have him check is do the front bulbs burn when the signals are on? If yes, then the problem is in the back. If not, then check for power at the switch pigtail.

Red face nothing

His four way flashers work fine. But try to use the turn signals and get nothing. Not even the indicater in the dash lights. Wiper control is on the signal lever, and they work fine.

Right, but the wires or contacts for the turn signals can still be faulty. By nothing, does that mean you have looked the front turn signals?

Check the other flasher. It may be toast.
