Aussie 250 fuel problems
Ok so I have a bricknose with a injected 351w and it's having some sort of problem with fuel delivery now when I turn the key to the on position the pump doesn't prime anymore but if I turn it a bit further half way between on and start it clicks and primes then when try to start it it will fire once then just crank like the fuel pump doesn't keep running is there anything I can test is the pcm bad or something it ran fine before it's been sitting for about a month now while I was doing some body work and fixing the dash trims also I had the column unbolted so I could get the dash out
Check for pressure at rail and spark from coil then from dizzy to plug. Confirm all that functions. Two pins can be jumper-ed to wire on the fuel pump to stay running for testing in case its not keeping it primed up like it needs. If no start and you got both then take a test light and unplug an injector connector, and see if you get a pulse while cranking the engine from the light, thats a dirty way to see if the PCM is doing its job but it could easily mean a bad pip or TFI. Hard to guess thoose without more tests. Start with the basics, report back with findings.
