I use a surface 4.
I read the Forscan spreadsheet thread where some were having connection problems. I have the OBD MX and have had that happen; seems mostly with the laptop. I don't know if its Windows, the Forscan program, or the laptop itself. I had service procedure interrupted and lost connection a few times then was able to immediately connect with my Android phone using the OBD Link app that goes with the adapter. Forscan has stopped responding a few times and have had to re-pair the Bluetooth connection a couple times. The first time I had service procedure interrupted had a bit worried but I reconnected and rewrote the changes and all was fine.
