E350 7.3 no start

E350 7.3 no start
I have a 1995 Ford E350 with a 7.3L powerstroke. Crank but no start.
P0476 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Perform
P0268 Cylinder #3 Injector Circuit High
P1298 Injector Driver Module Fault
P1293 Open Bank #1 (Right)
P1294 Open Bank #2 (Left)
Those are the codes I pulled from it. This has been sitting for a little while because we didn't have a need to use it for a while, ran fine when it was last used, now it wont start. Cranks good acts like it wants to fire for a few seconds, then that quits and it just cranks, let it sit for 15 minutes and try again and it will pop like its trying to start again for a few more seconds then back to winding over freely.
