question ?

Can I use a momentary switch for cranking up a 1995 Ford F-350 with a 351W and if I can, how many amps does the switch need to handle?

Are you talking about bypassing the starter relay on the fender or are you asking about powering the starter relay with the switch?

the smaller bolt to bigger bolt to the starter hook up a switch there the bolt to the starter

I am still not sure what you are asking. Do you want the momentary switch to supply 12V to the "smaller bolt" as you put it?
