I replaced that intermediate shaft on mine a year ago now and the clunking hasn't returned. I hope it never does.

Mine is still good from the dry-lube I used.

A bit of a disadvantage to have the 2023/2024 Super Duty trucks forum split out: there's another thread on the newer truck forum:

On the newer trucks, FORD will apparently replace the section shaft under warranty!!! Not sure why they don't for the older trucks, if the problem is the same?
