Yesterday I let 1 inch of snow just melt off. Wasn't going any place anyway. Didn't drive it today either. But tomorrow I've got places to go and Friday, I'll wash it for a show on Saturday. Will post pics Saturday after show. Sure miss not driving my truck.
I drove it 3 miles to McDonalds to get my lunch. I don't eat there too often but since it's my birthday I said what the hell. It had snow on it too but only a couple of inches. This is a really interesting thread so far, isn't it?
I drove mine to college and back, and tomorrow it will be work and back. Next weekend....driving to central Oregon. Then in about 10 days, driving to southern Idaho to go camping...
I cleaned my wheels this AM. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and wash done yesterday at the dealership...but they never get the wheels clean.
This past weekend, I added an Nfab light bar to the front. I have some road legal LED low/high/turn/DRL lights that I am going to [hopefully] mount this weekend. They will mimic the factory light's functions through a set of relays.
I put have been puting Eagle One Nano wax on my wheels after they are clean and brake dust just rinses off. I ran an experiment with that Top Coat F11. I am quite impressed with it bird dropping rinse right off bug splatter on pint of windsheild the same. and even tought it is a silver care the paint looks deeper. It is a little expensive but I think will be worth it.
I looked outside the window and the coveted parking spot at the end where nobody could bump their doors on it became available. Drove it 10 yards and parked there. It's staying there for days.
