Door Locks after FOB program Help (SOLVED)

OK need some brain storming. Son's new to him, 16 F350 only came with one key FOB. Got a replacement, programmed it using IDS,all good Then set the FOB buttons using the key cycle 8 times method. (Later found out that part was not necessary). Now everytime the ignition is turned to run the door locks cycle lock/unlock. I have erased the keys and reprogrammed them twice. No joy, still does it.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what is happening ?
As we were cycling the key (8 time method) it appeared to go into program mode after 2 cycles. If I had to guess, I have somehow put it into some type of test program setting to cycle at each key on state.

Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible that you exited IDS with the truck still in program mode?

I am confident, no as it was two processes.
Are you aware of any way to check, confirm.

Thanks

OK we got it.
I saved the current BCM.abt file and compared it to the original one I did before DRL, Bambi, etc...
There were the obvious changes we made. Then I found some differences in the high ranges 726-65 and 726-66 specifically.
So I restored the original BCM.abt file.
The weird lock cycle was gone. But the MyKey was still gone and now was getting security key error (unprogrammed key)
We fired up IDS, delete all keys and program two keys.
All Good there,
enabled customer program key. (MyKey)
Disabled unlimited keys
Save and exit
Both keys will start the truck and no security warning, but the key fob are no-op.
So Following the directions specifically.
Turn ignition 8 times, lock cycle indicating in-program mode, press Lock on each fob.
Success.
Keys will start truck
No weird lock cycling when the ignition gets turned on.
MyKey is present on menu screen
All fob functions work as designed.

So all in all we learned to slow down.

Thanks for the help.
