This has been done. Check the Expo Forum or SMB Forum and search for sienna seats. Chris at Ujoint used to make the front bases (designed by MG at Expo Vans) but stopped recently. You may be able to pick up a used set but I suspect they are pretty rare. Maybe try MG to special order. He is a reseller of some pretty sweet aftermarket seats with custom bases. Might not be much more than Siennas with the prices on eBay when available. And I hear they are much nicer.
By the way, I have a set of Sienna recliners in my passenger row on the ujoint bases and they are awesome. The passenger bases are different than the driver bases.
