Bench Seat Replacement
Make a new seat cover for yours. Sewing automotive seats isn't "girly".
You can also buy replacement seat covers from a variety of sources, and "reskin" your seat using hog rings and hog ring pliars. You can also re-stuff the seat using seat padding purchased from hobby/craft stores, such as Jo-Ann Fabrics.
Junkyards once in a while have good seats.
There's also ebay... for stock and aftermarket seats. Plenty of choices there as well.

I got one from a reseller that customizes new trucks. I bought a new in plastic seat with the folddown armrest. I went to a 98 I believe. I paid $400 for it. Bolted right in. Ask around in your area, I'm sure there are some around.
