Keep in mind that 12,000 is full load with only one layer of cable on the drum. With each additional layer full load goes down. The manual will list the capacity with each layer.

yup.. theres a sticker next to the drum that gives the info too... been working great so far... pulled 2 vehicles and a building with it so far...

Vehicle #2 is on page 2... 1st vehicle was a quick pull to get the vehicle lined up on the trailer... 2nd one was more indepth... the building is on page 3....
