Weekend Improvements

I took advantage of the dry weather to do a few things to the '69 F-100:
Old hot-rodder mod of my coil:

New shift boot:

Braol, I have a favor to ask you, would you measure the length of your shift arm for me please? The after market shifter I have is too short and I wonder how tall a stock one is.

Will do! I love my shifter, it's like those long gear shifters on the bus when I was a kid. It is at least as long as my arm, but I will get you an exact measurement.

OK, I admit it. LMC. Boot fits fine. It has no screw hole in the center nearest the fire wall, but I was missing a screw anyways. I also got a new shift rod spring and this solved my "floppy shifter" issue. I also got replacement glass for my dash gauges.
