I have a 1986 F-250 4.9L 300cu Straight 6. My wipers worked last time I started my truck, in the Fall, but I started the truck for the first time in a while & they won't work.

Neither version has a fuse. The control switch has an internal circuit breaker. That same breaker is good, as your washers work. Each of those links has more troubleshooting details.

Does the wiper motor run? if it does then you need to check the that the pivot arms are connected to the concentric there is a clip that hold them on some times that clip stretches and falls off. I had this happen to me in a rain storm recently
Before all that, lightly wiggle your ignition switch back and forth after the engine starts. These trucks have common problems with the ignition switch mechanical linkage, and especially in the cold winter months, they will sometimes not return to the proper position when you let go of the key after starting. The wipers may not work, the radio may not work, your gauges may not work, and then suddenly they will work.
